Join us for a hands-on charcuterie board class; Thanksgiving themed just in time for the holidays! This class is perfect for everyone, regardless of skill level. Learn the basics of cheese board making, including how to select the right cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to create stunning and delicious charcuterie boards for your next gathering.
The class includes everything to make a charcuterie board, and attendees will leave with their own completed (and ready to eat!) board. This class is BYOB – feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine, especially if it would pair well with the class.
