UPDATE 5/4: LexMedia will remain closed until further notice. We will not be reopening to the public until Governor Baker lifts the closure of non-essential businesses.
LexMedia will be closing to the public effective immediately through May 5th, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was made in the best interest of LexMedia staff to keep them safe from the spread of COVID-19, and we feel this is the most responsible decision for the health of our community.
During this time, we are prioritizing two things: the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers, and members; and providing support to local officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus and communicate to the public.
While the LexMedia studio is closed to the public, we will continue to cover government proceedings and related community events through live broadcasts and/or streaming, On Demand viewing, programming our access channels, and we will communicate to the Lexington community through our social media outlets.
Please stay informed of evolving updates by visiting Lexington’s official COVID-19 page, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health website, and the CDC website.
