Our programming is made by and for the Lexington community by people just like you. We’re always looking for volunteers who are interested in helping us create programming and cover sports, concerts, and events around Lexington. For a full list of opportunities available as a volunteer, click here.
To begin as a volunteer, you must join us for a training session at the LexMedia Media Center. During the training session, we’ll cover how to operate cameras, microphones and other production equipment. We’ll also review some basic tips to make sure your footage looks great.
We have two training sessions available for volunteers this fall:
Monday November 8th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Monday November 15th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Studio Location: 1001 Main Campus Drive, Lexington (located in Avalon at Lexington Hills)
